my budgets

my budgets provides a cost per guest breakdown for your events planning based on budget and number of guests. The software tool includes a detailed list of potential function costs to consider when planning your meetings or events, and it allows you to manually enter and save fixed budgets and actual costs for easy online budget tracking.

How to use my budgets:

  • Select NEW BUDGET to get started with a budget for your event. Complete the form that appears below.
  • my budgets is broken into key categories and tasks. If there is something we've missed, simply add YOUR PERSONAL ADDITION(S). All tasks within each category are subtotaled and a total is calculated based on the sum of all subtotals, providing a real time idea of remaining budget.
  • Enter fixed costs in the Actual column to record actual costs. Click the RECALCULATE button to recalculate your budget and actual totals, or budget an actual amount left to spend.

Note:  If a vendor provides a proposal broken down on a per-person basis, don’t forget to multiply it by your number of guests that will be attending the function before entering the amount into the budget tool.
