my guest lists

my guest lists allows you to record details about each of your events, meetings, picnics, parties, conferences and conventions guests and manage a number of tasks, including invitations, RSVPs, thank you notes and more. For added ease of use, you can export your guest lists into Microsoft Excel.

How to use my guest lists:

  • Select NEW GUEST to build your meetings and events guest lists for your saved events with the name of each guest and all related details.
  • You can easily manage your guest lists by selecting the pencil icon to edit the details for each event guest, or you can remove a guest by selecting the delete icon.  You may also add more guests by selecting NEW GUEST again.
  • If you wish to work with your guest list in Microsoft Excel to simplify tasks such as printing mailing labels or name tags, just click EXPORT GUEST CONTACT INFORMATION to open a spread sheet populated with all of your guest information.
