Ed Svitak given Friend of Tourism award

ELKHORN — The Walworth County Visitors Bureau (WCVB) presented tourism awards to outstanding members at its annual awards banquet on May 10. The event was held at The Baker House and Bella Vista Suites in Lake Geneva during National Travel & Tourism Week.

The Friend of Tourism award was presented to Ed Svitak, Director of Sales and Marketing at Grand Geneva Resort and Spa. Svitak, an active board member of both the Walworth County Visitors Bureau and the Lake Geneva Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is committed to growing tourism in Walworth County and dedicates countless hours to this effort.
