LEAD Green – Learn at the MPI –WI Spring Education Day

Madison, WI – Join us on Wednesday, May 14th and Thursday, May 15th at Monona Terrace as we learn how to Lead Green at our Meetings and Events.

On Wednesday, May 14th at 5:30pm, the event will start with a MPI/PCMA opening reception; attendees can mingle and network with other attendees.
 
On Thursday, May 15th the full day of education kicks off with a morning keynote presentation from Jeff Hurt from Velvet Chainsaw. If you're considering "greening your event," you will learn through this presentation how to start by implementing small changes and track their positive impact. Jeff joined Velvet Chainsaw Consulting in January 2010 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Education and Engagement. In 2012, he was recognized as the PCMA Educator of the Year.   

A full slate of breakouts will follow with topics that include; Your Road Map to CSR, Green Event Trends, Bandwidth or Bust and Location Services for Events.
