Join us for a six-course dinner, complete with wine pairings from several regions of France. The sample varieties are from Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire Valley, Medoc and Provence. Executive Chef Benjamin McCallum revisits his roots in traditional French cuisine and creates another menu masterpiece with courses to complement each of the six wines selected.
These evenings are three hours long over the happy hour and are meant for a relaxing and social
