Denver Area Hyatt Set for Spring Debut

In preparation for the spring 2016 opening of Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, the hotel announced the appointment of a general manager and director of sales and marketing.

Stephan Meier has been named general manager of Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center. Meier brings 25 years of international hospitality experience to the property. Most recently he was the general manager of Embassy Suites Denver Downtown. He will oversee operations and finance.

Bill Hume has been named director of sales and marketing of the hotel. Hume, whose versatile hotel management background includes IACC conference center and resort selling, joins the team from The Omni Interlocken Resort and Spa. He will be responsible for all marketing and sales opportunities.

Opening in Denver’s rapidly developing neighboring city, Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center will serve the adjacent University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, nearby Denver International Airport and anticipated Regional Transportation District (RTD) Light Rail line.
