SPIN Adds New Offering – the CCSE (Customer Certified Sales Expert)

Launches Spring 2018 St. Paul, MN SPIN (Senior Planners Industry Network) has added a new education offering to their portfolio to help their members hone their selling skills. The SPIN:CCSE (Customer Certified Sales Expert) is a series of 12 online classes created and led by SPIN Founder, Shawna Suckow, CMP. “I originally created the CCSE in 2015 to give suppliers an advantage in selling to planners,” said Suckow. “The course has been updated and is now available to both our VIP and Supplier members, to help them learn tools to close sales faster and more efficiently.”

The first round of courses will cover Site Inspections, Emails, Social Selling and Proposals. Modules will be uploaded monthly for viewing on demand. Courses are available for VIP and Supplier members at no cost; once all 12 have been completed, the SPIN:CCSE certification is only $195. There will be recertification requirement after 3 years, involving an additional 12 hours of material available through the SPIN:CCSE content bank.
