Event Location
Road America is a premier entertainment destination located midway between Milwaukee and Green Bay in beautiful Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. The 640-acre, park-like grounds nestled in the Kettle Moraine provide stunning scenery with an abundance of space making Road America the ideal location to entertain your guests and capture unforgettable moments. Road America offers indoor and expansive outdoor event spaces based on your plans. Our team will ensure every event detail is handled with care and expertise.
Event Amenities
Newly-built conference space. The 4,500 sq ft event space was built in 2016 and features all new a/v equipment, elevator for accessibility and is surrounded by plentiful on-site parking.
Preferred caterers. Road America partners with established area restaurants with catering services to provide high quality dining options from plated dinners to box lunches.
Group adventure program offerings. Choose from a variety of event enhancements like UTV trail riding, geocaching, driving challenges, disc golf, go-karting and more.
World-class racing. Road America is America’s National Park of Speed offering large-scale public racing events with luxury event viewing accommodations for 20 to 2,000+.
Expansive outdoor space. The 640-acre, park-like grounds nestled in the Kettle Moraine offer endless outdoor event options with room to roam.
Branded gifts. Commemorate your event experience with premium Road America customized gifts for your attendees.
Function Space
Tufte Center conference space seats up to 350 for dining depending on configuration and up to 500 for theatre style seating. Adjacent patio space and expansive parking areas are included in space rental. In addition to the Tufte Center, Road America offers several outdoor options to host your event. Rental of the Tufte Center is still required for outdoor events to ensure an inclement weather back-up space is available.
Event Catering
Road America partners with established area restaurants with catering services to provide high quality dining options from plated dinners to box lunches. During race weekends, groups can purchase concession stand vouchers to allow guests to choose from up to 14 different award-winning concession stand options.
