Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. announced that today it completed the previously announced sale of its Davenport, Iowa property to Scott County Casino LLC headed by Dan Kehl.

Innovation Capital, LLC ("Innovation Capital") acted as exclusive financial advisor to Isle on this transaction.
