Cowgirls: Sept. 5 - Oct. 26, 2013
Cowgirls is a musical comedy that focuses on a trio of classically trained female musicians that is mistakenly booked to play Hiram Hall, a country western concert bar in Kansas. The owner of the club, Jo Carlson, must raise enough money during the weekend to pay off debtors or the hall will be closed. Though mostly unfamiliar with country music, the trio convinces Jo and to allow them the chance to transform themselves into The Cowgirl Trio, raise the roof and save the hall.  A joyous slapstick hoe-down -NY Times   An unplugged gem of a musical, COWGIRLS is a fun, honky-tonk romp - NY Newsday

Rancho Mirage: Nov. 8- Dec. 7, 2013
Regional Premiere of a NEW Steve Dietz play
Bitingly funny contemporary comedy about what happens when the fictions that hold our lives together are exposed.  In Dietz's sharp and surprising sojourn into the psyche of 2012 America -- where affluence is perhaps our greatest mirage - three couples, long-time friends, find themselves at a dinner party where everyone finally decides to tell the truth.  What remains between us when our youth, our dreams, and our last bottle of wine is gone?  Starring a stellar cast;  Stacia Rice, Ann Michals, David Mann, Mo Perry, Josh Campbell and James Denton from the ABC TV hit drama Desperate Housewives.

A Year with Frog and Toad: Nov. 18- Dec. 29, 2013
A Tony Award Nominee for Best Musical*
This whimsical story celebrates an unlikely friendship between an eternally optimistic Frog and a rather grumpy Toad as they try to keep their sleds on the ground, kites in the air, and themselves from devouring cookies.  Their friendship flourishes through triumphs and challenges, sending a heart-warming message that all ages will enjoy.

Almost, Maine: Jan. 23 - Mar. 29, 2014
It's a lot like love, but not quite
On a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter, all is not quite what it seems in the remote, mythical town of Almost, Maine.  As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, Almost's residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend-almost-in this delightful midwinter night's love story.  The NY Times calls it, "...a whimsical approach to the joys and perils of romance." and says "Magical happenings bloom beneath the snowdrifts."

Steel Magnolias: Apr. 3- May. 18, 2014
The funniest play ever to make you cry.
A story of the lives and friendship of six women in Louisiana, supporting each other through their triumphs and tragedies.  They congregate at Truvy's beauty shop to ponder the mysteries of life and death, husbands and children - and hair and nails - all the important topics that truly unite and celebrate women. This is a celebration of the love, intimacy and strength of six southern women who are Steel Magnolias.
