Three Sons Signature Charcuterie 2nd Place Winner Taste of Elegance 2013

Executive Chef Ben McCallum and his team participated in the 25th Annual Taste of Elegance sponsored by the Minnesota Pork Board on January 15, 2013 with recipes for:

Bacon, Gorgonzola, and Walnut Terrine
Spiced Pork and Duck Rillette
Smoked Chorizo Sausage
Honey Bacon Toffee

It was a fun evening with 17 Minnesota chefs providing innovative dishes featuring
locally raised pork.
