Marcus Hotels appoints Jeff Neuzil as resort manager

Neuzil's previous role at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, an AAA Four-Diamond all-season resort, involved managing 358 guest rooms, 29 luxury villas, and 136 timeshare units. His leadership led to the development of a service platform that significantly boosted the resort's Net Promoter Score and guest satisfaction. Prior to this, Neuzil held positions as general manager at Country Inn & Suites in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and Holiday Inn Charlotte University in North Carolina.

In his new role, Neuzil aims to implement new tools and services to elevate the guest experience at Timber Ridge, ensuring it remains a top destination for families and leisure travellers in the Midwest.
