Flexibility isn't just for yogis! Our event space is customizable to any number of configurations and needs, large and small. Reserve all 16,000+ square feet of meeting space (including pre-con space) or part of it. Use the large Davenport Room for your presentations and the Quad Rooms - Burlington, Clinton, Dubuque, and Ft. Madison - for your breakout sessions. Configurable to one extra large space, two large spaces, five broken up spaces or any combination, there is nothing our event space can't flex for you! Use the two green rooms as a preparation and resting space for your speakers, complete with individual restrooms. Set up as many as 72 trade show booths, we've hosted events such as the Quad-City Times Senior Expo and Career Fair. For needs of a smaller scale, utilize our boardroom (seats eight) and the Riverside/Larchwood space for up to 70 guests (also customizable).
