The steady demand for Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay is giving way to more diverse choices as consumers take more interest in wine and wine making.
We at Rush Creek have seen a steady increase in customers ordering Prosecco, a dry sparkling wine. Many of our patrons are enjoying several choices of Prosecco we serve deliciously infused with pineapple, white rum and fresh herbs. Others, who consider themselves to be wine purists, are sipping it straight, with no embellishment. Either way, Prosecco drinks are very popular and refreshing for the summer months.
Joel Gott Zinfandel is our popular red wine this season, as it is both affordable and very drinkable. The zinfandel drinks like the popular cabernets, but without the heavy tannins. Not just a summer wine, this wine sells well all year long.
